Welcome to Someli. By downloading, installing, or using the Someli application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
Someli is a daily prayer and devotional application that provides daily prayers, Scripture readings with reflections, mood-based prayers, and a prayer streak tracking feature. The App offers both free and premium features through a subscription model.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The App does not require you to create a traditional account with an email and password. Your data (including your name, streak, and preferences) is stored locally on your device and, optionally, synced to cloud servers using anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
Free Trial: Someli may offer a free trial period (currently 3 days) for the monthly subscription. During the trial, you have full access to premium features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Subscription Plans: Someli Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($7.99/month) and an annual subscription ($59.99/year). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is provided.
Billing: All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's terms of service regarding in-app purchases. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store (Google Play Store, then Menu, then Subscriptions, then Someli, then Cancel). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue or billing error, you may contact Google Play support or reach out to us at vitalysuvorov23@gmail.com for assistance.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal devotional tool. You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers; use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All content in the App, including prayers, reflections, design, graphics, and software code, is owned by Someli or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are in the public domain or used under applicable fair use provisions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written permission.
The prayers, Scripture readings, reflections, and other devotional content provided in the App are intended for personal spiritual use and general encouragement. This content does not constitute professional counseling, psychological advice, medical advice, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, or any medical condition, please seek help from a qualified professional.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the devotional content is uplifting and accurate, but we do not guarantee the theological accuracy or denominational alignment of any content. Users are encouraged to consult their own faith leaders and Scripture for guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Someli and its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data or prayer streak data; inability to access the App or premium features due to technical issues, server outages, or device incompatibility; any actions taken or decisions made based on the App's content; charges incurred due to failure to cancel a subscription before the trial or billing period ends.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property rights) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
